Trading settings

The following parameters may be customized:

Trading parameters may be set in the “Terminal settings”.

Note: Trading settings also imply “Pending orders” settings.

Setting default locking

To set default locking, go to the “Terminal settings” window:

  1. Go to the “Trade” tab.
  2. In the “Locks” area:

    • Turn on/off the locking mode by putting/removing a tick in the “Use locks” checkbox.
    • If locking is on, choose the necessary option in the “By default” drop-down list.
  3. Confirm the changes by pressing “OK” or “Apply”.

Setting default volume

To set default volume, go to the “Terminal settings” window:

  1. Go to the “Trade” tab.
  2. In the “Volumes” area:

    • In the “Default value” field set the default volume.
    • In the “Spin step” field define the step value used when setting volumes.
  3. Confirm the changes by pressing “OK” or “Apply”.

Setting default order activation rates

To set the default order activation rates, go to the “Terminal settings” window:

  1. Go to the “Trade” tab.
  2. Enter the step value in the “Spin step” field in the “Rates” area.

  3. Confirm the changes by pressing “OK” or “Apply”.

Setting default Trailing stop distance

To set the default Trailing stop, go to the “Terminal settings” window:

  1. Go to the “Trade” tab.
  2. Change the “Trailing stop distance” parameters:

    • Define the necessary value in the “Default value” field.
    • Enter the necessary value in the “Spin step” field.
  3. Confirm the changes by pressing “OK” or “Apply”.

Setting default deviation

To set the default deviation, go to the “Terminal settings” window:

  1. Go to the “Trade” tab.
  2. Enter the deviation value in the “Default deviation” field in the “Market deal price deviation” area.

  3. Confirm the changes by pressing “OK” or “Apply”.

“Trade Operation Result(s)” window

To choose whether this window will be displayed or not, go to the “Terminal settings” window:

  1. Go to the “Miscellaneous” tab.
  2. Put/remove the tick in the checkbox named “Don’t show trade operation result dialog”.

  3. Confirm the changes by pressing “OK” or “Apply”.
