The user may access the “Account history filter” via “Columns” command from context menu. This window consists of three parts: “Dates span”, “Last account”, “Type”.
In “Dates span” the user must enter the time interval for the data the user wishes to observe. Interval is set by this several fields:
- Today – only today;
- From – if this field is selected, then the user may enter start date of the interval. If the user presses the “Arrow” button a calendar window will open;
- To – if this field is selected then the user may enter the finish date of the interval. If the user presses the “Arrow” button, a calendar window will open. If the finish date is not set, then the end of the interval will be the current day.
In the “Last account” part the user can set the number of records that will be displayed by the server. If more notes are received in this interval than can be displayed, then only the most recent will be produced. To set an appropriate number of records, activate the “Records” field and enter the quantity of records that should be readout.
In the “Type” part, if the “On” field is selected, then various fields and a list of their operations becomes available. If a field is marked then, all the rows from history of this type will be readout from the server. If a field is not selected, then rows of this type will not be readout.
