How to apply colors and fonts template
Colors and fonts templates are applied:
- When customizing colors and fonts in an opened chart window.
- When customizing colors and fonts in all windows except opened ones.
How to customize colors and fonts in an opened window
To customize colors and fonts in an opened window:
- Right-click in a window and press “Settings”.
- Select the necessary template.
- Press “Apply” near the “Templates” drop-down list.
- Confirm by pressing “Yes”.
- Close the window by pressing “OK”.
How to customize colors and fonts in all windows
To customize colors and fonts in all windows except opened ones:
- Go to “Settings –> Terminal” in the menu bar.
- In the “Terminal settings” window click the “Colors and fonts” tab.
- Select the necessary template from the drop-down list.
- Press “Apply” near the “Templates” drop-down list.
- Confirm by pressing “Yes”.
- Close the window by pressing “OK”.
How to create a colors and fonts template
To create a colors and fonts template:
- Go to “Settings –> Terminal” in the menu bar.
- In the “Terminal settings” window click the “Colors and fonts” tab.
- Press “Save as a template…”
- Enter a new template name. To save a template under an existing name choose one from the “Existing templates” list.
- Save the template by pressing “OK”.
If the name matches to one of existing names a modal window will appear. It will offer to replace the existing template with a new one. Press “Yes” to confirm or “No” to cancel operation.
How to rename colors and fonts template
To rename colors and fonts template:
- Go to “Settings –> Colors and fonts templates” in the menu bar.
- Double-click the corresponding name.
- Enter a new name.
- Confirm by pressing “OK”.
Note: only a user's template may be renamed. A system template cannot be renamed.
How to delete colors and fonts template
To delete a colors and fonts template:
- Go to “Settings –> Colors and fonts templates…” in the menu bar.
- Choose the necessary template.
- Press “Delete”.
- Confirm by pressing “Yes”.
- Close the window by pressing “OK”.
Note: only a user's template may be deleted. A system template cannot be deleted.
How to manage the colors and fonts templates list
To manage the colors and fonts templates list:
- Go to “Settings –> Colors and fonts templates…” in the menu bar.
- Choose the necessary template.
- Change template location by pressing “Up” or “Down”. The template location in the list affects its disposition in other lists.
- Change template visibility by marking the “Visible” field. The template visibility in the list determines whether it is visible or not in other lists. Press “All on” to make all templates visible. Press “All off” to make all templates invisible.
- Confirm by pressing “OK”.
How to reset colors and fonts templates to defaults
To reset colors and fonts templates to defaults:
- Go to “Settings –> Colors and fonts templates…” in the menu bar.
- Press “Reset the system’s templates”.
- Confirm by pressing “Yes”.
